Venue: 535 acre beautiful Marsh Creek Lake, Chester County, Pennsylvania
Organizing Authority: Marsh Creek Sailing Club
Fleets:
- ILCA /Laser rigs Full (7), and Radial (6) scored together.
- Sunfish, starting separately from ILCAs
Rules: The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and US Sailing Prescriptions, 2025-2028, rules of the ILCA class, this NOR and the Sailing Instructions.
Sailing Instructions: to be provided at the venue upon registration.
RRS Appendix U, Audible-Signal Racing System, will apply. (3-minute dinghy start sequence)
Racing Area: Marsh Creek Lake, Marsh Creek State Park, Downingtown PA (West side launch area)

Entry Fee: $35 Guests. $25 MCSC members. Fee includes morning snacks and lunch after racing. Payment by check, cash, or Venmo at registration.
Registration: 9:30 TO 10:15 on-site. Please email your intention to participate for food planning purposes to vpharris1@comcast.net If you forget, don’t let that stop you from coming!
Launching Permits: State Park launching permits will be provided to guests by the club at no charge.
Skipper’s meeting: 10:30 am
First signal: 11:15 EDT No signal after 15:00
Scoring: Five (5) races or more are planned. One throw-out if 6 or more races are completed
Awards: Presented following the last race. Number of prizes will be based on the number of entries and will be at the discretion of the organizing authority, but will be no fewer than 3 for each class.
